After careful consideration and review of our business operations, we have made the decision to discontinue providing individual tax return services
WHY THE CHANGE?
In October 2023, our colleague Michael was in a motorcycle accident and was unable to work for some months. This prompted the Hannans360 management team to review our service structure, specifically the viability of providing individual tax return services.
In addition, we have seen a significant increase in demand for our business tax return services, and we believe that by focusing solely on this area, we can better serve our existing business clients and provide them with the highest level of expertise and support.
While we understand that this change in our services may come as a surprise, please be assured that we remain committed to assisting you should you wish to transition to a new accountant.
SO WHERE TO FROM HERE
With the intention of making your transition to a new accountant as seamless and as less disruptive to your life as possible, the Hannans360 team has set up a referral pathway with Solutions Accounting & Bookkeeping Services in Creastmead.
The team at Solutions Accounting are expanding and have the capacity to assist new clients with individual tax returns. Director, Alison Doyle, has over 20 years’ experience in taxation and financial services, along with a highly skilled team.
If you would like Hannans360° to provide your details and relevant information to Solutions Accounting, please see below for our Client Authority Form.
Once the Client Authority Form has been completed, Solutions Accounting will then contact you to schedule an appointment.
There will be no direct client costs associated with transitioning to Solutions Accounting.
IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE?
You may choose to seek services from another qualified tax professional who specialises in individual tax returns.
Where Hannans360 has provided services to you, you will have been provided all your records at the time, however, should you require administrative support to transition to an accountant of your choosing, we will be happy to assist with an administrative fee of $60.00+ GST.

Solutions Accounting offer video, telephone or in-person appointments
Solutions Accounting will provide you with a quote directly as this is dependant on your circumstances, i.e if you have a rental property, investments, or youare a sole trader.
Solutions Accounting will be looking to match Hannans360 pricing, and you can feel assured that the fee amount will be in line with our own.
If you do not have access to your documents/records, our administrative team can assist with gathering this and sending to you to forward to your new accountant.
This fee is to cover the time spent.
